On highlights of his career at Nestlé Waters North America
Chas has been with Nestlé Waters for over 20 years and has spent the majority of his career with the company. He recalls "I was here when the company only had 3 products to sell: spring, distilled, and fluoride water." Starting as a Sales Solicitor in the Arrowhead Long Beach facility, Chas has worked in Route Operations, Route Relief, and currently is a Commercial Sales Representative.
Chas has enjoyed his experience running routes, getting new routes, and expanding them with a full product lines. In particular, Chas likes building new relationships with customers on those routes. "I enjoy the ability to touch people from all types of lives," he notes. When he was transferred to Gardena, California to run a route, he improved all distribution categories to the highest level in the branch.
Overall, his career Nestlé Waters North America has given Chas "the opportunity to expand and grow with a great company and to enjoy cross functional experiences between operations and sales."
