On his career path at Nestlé Waters North America
Beginning as a Route Checker Loader in 1981, James has held a number of positions throughout his career with Nestlé Waters North America, including Route Field Service Lead, Factory Line Production Technician, and Retail Customer Service Coordinator. Currently, he serves on the GLOBE Project, a Nestlé worldwide initiative aimed at implementing best practices, data standards and management, and standardized information systems and technology across business units.

"I chose to work here initially because I needed a job and had no intention of staying past 4 years. Well, one year turned into two and so on. When I looked around and compared the pay and benefits of this company to other companies there was not decision to be made and 25 years later here I am. I don’t know how to explain it except that it just feels right with the atmosphere and the people."
