On her initial reasons for joining the company
"The truth is: I planned to work here only a few months to save money and go back to college. At the time we were a small company and coming from a small town I loved the environment. I made many friends and today after 21 years I still work with some of them. It has been great being part of a growing company and getting the opportunity to grow with it."
