Starting as a member of the Route Customer Service team, Cecil has held numerous positions at the company. Currently, she serves as a member of the Retail Continuous Replenishment team. "I enjoy working here because it is fast-paced, continuously working for improvement, and have values that parallel my own. I am proud to find that my fellow employees across the country share the same passion and determination to excel that we have here in my office. "I came to work here as a matter of fortunate timing. I went to a temporary agency and was sent over and hired the same day. It has now been 13 years. We sell an important product, which may become more valuable over time, yet we do not take lightly our community responsibility.
