Bottle Water
Our production facilities where we package and produce the final product are some of the most technically advanced operations in the industry. In 2005, our supply chain organization produced over 11.7 billion bottles of product, and our growth in production from 2004 to 2005 equaled our total production from 1999.Our teams constantly strive to exceed the high standards that we set for ourselves in our bottling operations.

Distribute Bottled Products
Once our bottled waters leave the bottling factory, one possible destination could be a partnering distribution facility that would then route our products to the many retail and other sales outlets where our brands are sold. Our internal warehouses manage the distribution of product to large customers and third party distributors.

Deliver Products to Customers
Many of our brands reach consumers directly from us through our Home and Office Delivery organization. These teams provide product delivery and premier customer service to both residential and business customers. Products delivered range from 3- and 5-gallon water bottles and case products to coffee service and accessories.

Customer Service
Our call centers provide customer service for very distinct and different groups, our Home and Office Delivery customers and our Retail customers. For our Home and Office Delivery customers, the Customer Service team answers inquiries regarding sales, customer billing, out-of-product and equipment troubleshooting. Our Account Services team provides ongoing account maintenance and special billing services when requested. The Retail Customer Services team provides all the behind the scenes support to the Retail sales team who are out in the field interfacing directly with the representatives of our retail customers (grocery stores, club stores, convenience stores). Those retail customers in turn sell our products to the consumer.
