Customer Service
Our call centers provide customer service for very distinct and different groups, our Home and Office Delivery customers and our Retail customers. For our Home and Office Delivery customers, the Customer Service team answers inquiries regarding sales, customer billing, out-of-product and equipment troubleshooting. Our Account Services team provides ongoing account maintenance and special billing services when requested. The Retail Customer Services team provides the behind the scenes support to the Retail sales team who are out in the field interfacing directly with the representatives of our retail customers (grocery stores, club stores, convenience stores). Those retail customers in turn sell our products to the consumer. Below is a snapshot of one of our key opportunities.

Customer Service Representative
A Customer Service Representative will take in-bound calls from Nestlé Waters North America Home and Office Delivery customers in our 250-person call center in Raynham, Massachusetts. Customers will be calling with general inquires from across the United States regarding their accounts. The type of calls and issues that a Customer Service Representative would handle include out of product issues, requests for delivery, equipment exchanges, service transers to new addresses, billing, complaints, and new customer set-ups.
