Our factories have cutting edge equipment in place – from blow molders to fillers to palletizers. Our engineering team leads the installation of new equipment and manages equipment upgrades. Our maintenance teams provide all required technical support to factory bottling and water processing equipment. They also coordinate local projects, facility maintenance, and safety/environmental activities. Below is a snapshot of a few of our key opportunities.
Technical Supervisor
Technical Supervisors, together with Technical Managers, are responsible for supervising maintenance technicians for a high-speed bottling operation. In addition, they develop the maintenance staffs’ technical skills. The Technical Supervisor may participate in duties such as staffing, maintenance scheduling, reporting and project management. Finally, they are responsible for all factory technical operations, including facility, bottling, blow molding, grounds, and HVAC equipment.

Technical Manager
Technical Managers provide all required technical support to factory bottling and water processing equipment. These individuals coordinate local projects, supervise facility maintenance, and oversee safety/environment activities. In addition, Technical Managers design and coordinate factory preventive maintenance plans; optimize preventive and predictive maintenance using the Computerized Maintenance Management System; and provide technical direction for all capital projects for the facility. Furthermore, they track, manage, and improve the factory’s energy usage; and establish and maintain standard operating procedures for all maintenance, safety/environment related activities.

Design Engineer
Design Engineers focus on producing equipment specifications, developing designs, and coordinating layout. They create bid packages for injection molding, blowmolding, filling, and packaging equipment installation by managing the activities of outside design resources and vendors. Design Engineers negotiate equipment purchases, provide start up support to Project Management and Operations Groups, and resolve vendor performance issues. Finally, they update equipment specifications and serve as technical resources for resolving machine performance issues.

Maintenance Mechanic
Maintenance Mechanics perform Planned Maintenance inspections/repairs as required. In addition, this position is responsible for performing emergency repairs and adjustments while the line is running in a timely and efficient manner; modifying/Fabricating equipment to maintain and improve the lines; efficiently troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems; and maintaining equipment to ensure maximum reliability.
