Working to ensure that our factories and facilities run efficiently, safely, and smoothly, the factory operations teams continually strive to improve processes so that we consistently deliver the highest quality products to our customers. These teams achieve this by focusing on controlled processes and using analytical technology. They also oversee continuous improvement programs to ensure our factories have best-in-class techniques for all functions. Below is a snapshot of a few of our key opportunities.
Production Supervisor
Production Supervisors plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets as agreed with Production Management. They also ensure that a high quality of products, services, housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained and improved in the area; review daily achievement of targets and report variances during on-the-floor and review meetings; and coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements. Finally, Production Supervisors prioritize, schedule, and ensure maintenance & repairs are completed to maximise efficiency; review daily maintenance effectiveness with Maintenance Mechanic and Team members to identify opportunities for improvement; and manage relationships with internal customers and suppliers, colleagues and support services to ensure achievement of targets.

Equipment Service Center Production Manager
This position’s key focus is to improve reconditioning productivity, improve product quality and reliability while providing equipment with a cost competitive advantage. This position oversees the day-to-day plant operations including shipping and receiving of equipment and allied products. This position will also be responsible for direct leadership and development of maintenance and repair technicians, quality assurance technicians, and production technicians.

Equipment Service Center Technicians
Equipment Service Center Technicians perform a variety of duties in a light manufacturing environment. They package equipment, load raw materials, wash equipment, run quality control inspections, and record data. In addition, they troubleshoot, diagnose,and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer equipment.

Duties include operating and maximizing efficiency of high speed bottling or packaging equipment, loading raw materials, equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, sanitation and cleaning activities using powered equipment and chemicals, on line quality inspections and data recording.
