These teams help to guide business activities and operations by providing critical data that’s needed to run every aspect of our business, whether it’s a new product launch or a factory expansion. Zone Business Manager

This position is the “chief financial officer” of the Zone business unit with full fiduciary responsibility and accountability. While other members of the zone team will lead business execution, Zone Business Managers provide financial stewardship and business partnering that enables the zone team to meet its financial commitment to Nestlé Waters North America. They provide financial process oversight that tightly controls assets and ensures that financial statements properly and accurately reflect the zone’s true business performance. Finally, Zone Business Managers are responsible for the leadership and development of the branch administrators.

Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analysts support various departments in the finance organization. Primarily, they manage the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, allocations, and reclassifications; report internally and externally to the Executive Team and to Nestlé Waters Management in Paris; and reconcile various SAP modules and other SAP reports.

Manager, Corporate Accounting

Corporate Accounting Managers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the company’s Balance Sheet and for compiling and publishing the monthly Balance Sheet package. In addition, they report monthly risks and opportunities to CFO; provide financial support to various administrative departments such as HR, Legal, IS, Marketing and FP&A departments; and perform month-end close responsibilities including compensation, foreign exchange, derivative, and inter-company accounting. Finally, Corporate Accounting Managers manage company-wide interfaces into SAP including ADP, Insurance, and Relocation.

Factory Controller

Factory Controllers ensure that adequate control procedures are in place, especially where there is a risk of material exposure. They provide factory management with information and guidance, with a view to optimize the use of resources and attaining plans. Factory Controllers also maintain Bill of Materials in multiple systems; oversee cost accounting activities and coordinate these changes with planning and accounting; coordinate financial plan preparation, including updates, forecasts and headcount analysis. Finally, they ensure compliance with the Nestlé accounting policies and procedures.
