Quality assurance professionals work to ensure we continually maintain our high standards throughout our business processes, from water sourcing and management through our factory bottling operations. This focus on quality helps us meet our goal of consistently delivering excellent products to our customers. Below is a snapshot of a few of our key opportunities.
Quality Assurance Manager
Quality Assurance Managers have primary accountability for developing and managing the factory quality control environments for bottled water production of bottled water. They lead the factory in implementing the Nestlé Waters Quality System, as well as develop and continuously improve factory procedures for monitoring to ensure conformance to specifications for incoming raw materials and for finished products. Quality Assurance Managers develop initiatives to improve factory performance against Nestlé Water North America quality measures and ensure factory compliance with company and regulatory standards. They provide day-to-day leadership to Quality Assurance Department, and act as the primary liaison to Corporate Quality Assurance, to outside laboratories, and to external regulatory agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration, the International Bottled Water Associate, and the Environmental Protection Agency.

Quality Assurance Technician
Quality Assurance Technicians ensure processes, raw materials and finished products meet high quality standards by performing inspection, diagnosis and record keeping. They perform multiple tasks including operating and calibrating laboratory instruments in both production and laboratory settings. Quality Assurance Technicians also communicate with production and technical departments to resolve quality issues, and performs chemical analysis on a daily basis. They operate and calibrate laboratory instruments (pH, turbidity, conductivity meters, autoclaves, gas burners, and microscopes); they test equipment and perform packaging analyses; they perform dilutions and titrations; and they operate Dionex Ion Chromatographs and Gas Chromatographs.
