Safety and Risk Management professionals ensure that all of our facilities, factories, equipment, and processes are designed to proactively minimize accidents, injuries, and property damage. They plan, monitor, and deploy policies and procedures that provide a safe and effective work environment for all employees, including safe work environment methods; correct material handling procedures; maintenance of work tools, equipment, and machinery; and proper use and maintenance of safety work equipment. Below is a snapshot of a few of our key opportunities.
Division Safety/Risk Manager
Division Safety/Risk Managers have primary responsibility for leading and coordinating the various elements of the Nestlé Waters North America Home and Office Delivery safety and risk management program. From a safety perspective they focus on accident prevention and employee training, while from a risk perspective they focus on claims management from inception through closure at the lowest possible cost. Division Safety/Risk Managers are heavily involved in internal and external regulatory compliance, as well as executing safety, quality, and security audits for Nestlé Waters North America Home and Office Delivery facilities. They interface frequently with multiple roles on the Home and Office Delivery organization., including leaders in Operations, Logistics, Human Resources, Shared Services, and Manufacturing; as well as third party claims/property damage administrators and insurance carriers.

Safety, Health & Environmental Manager
Safety, Health, and Environmental Managers are responsible for maintaining a proactive safety, health and environment culture by providing technical leadership and expertise for the manufacture of Nestlé Waters North America products. They work closely with Supply Chain associates in all functions, with subcontractors, with outside vendors, and with other non-Nestlé contacts. The principle responsibility for Safety, Health, and Envronmental Managers is to ensure Supply Chain safety, to fully implement health and environmental programs, and to ensure all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines are met.
